I'm fine with a top 5 and being lower than Toronto.

Carolina is playing much better, Muller has really turned that team around.

I'm not sure how you're seeing this. They're really bad.

A lot better than they used to be, they aren't world beaters but we aren't going to catch them anytime soon so it is an improvment.

You could also link it to Marc Staal coming back. Eric's been the player he should be since then, seems like it cleared his mind and Carolina is winning more as a result.

Ditto.

No doubt 1 of EDM/NYI/MIN will take a defenceman in my mind, so 1 of the forwards would be there at 5.

Really need TB to at least get a point tonight against the Blues if we win. Don't want to have a minuscule 1 point lead on the 9th pick.

NYI and Edmonton should take D. Minnesota need some offence. They took Brodin last year.

The Wild won't draft a defenseman in the 1st round this year for sure.

At some point they have to give Granlund and Mikko some help.

Why I think they may target Forsberg.

Did I say anything about the wild? I am talking about Carolinas play and recent changes in style. Read first then post. Congrats on understanding the standings.

Chris Neil getting praise on CBC for pumping up his team after fighting a tired Staubitz. Imagine what the CBC folks would have to say about Subban if he raised his hands like that after a fight.

Lightning can't seem to score on the Blues. 2nd game in a row they'll get shutout. Elliott got the first one, Halak with one tonight.

CBC they said the Oilers would be open to trading their pick. So, we might be able to move up. I forget how he (Eric Francis) worded it, but it sounded like they'd be willing to trade down, or part of a hockey deal for them.
