Subban, Subban, Subban. Learn how to defend. Price can't always bail you out. Oh well, you're not jeopardizing a playoff spot for the Habs this time, but you musn't be as stupid in 2012-13, when such blunders will be costly.

You realize he's one of the best defensemen in the league this year?

Apologists? Wow, I haven't noticed many left. Hard to defend a lot of their asset management. When you buy high and sell low, this'll happen. The team gave up. They'll be better next year but only if given the means. As it is, this is not the most untalented team we've ever iced (1998-2003 teams blew chunks on paper) but it's probably the worst Hab team since the Allied Forces declared war on Germany. Gauthier would never have this job if not for one particular language advantage he had too. I feel like we Hab fans will be in for a Leaf/Ranger/Hawk-esque championship drought. Ain't gonna be pretty.

And a guy who doesn't **** up faceoffs is money come playoff time, where even one busted play can mean defeat.

Kabs = gorges

Gorges keeps the puck out of the net at one end
Kabs helps put it in the net at the other end.
Both need the right partner
Both get around the same pay, everyone should be happy !!!!

Campoli cannot possibly stay in this league next year, can he?

Weber isn't even fit to be a 7th d-man at this point, as a 7th d-man is gonna play 40ish games and that's way too much for him. He's terrible at everything (yes even PP).

Kaberle? Well he has vision, you can't teach that.

If you did watch the games, you would understand that since RC took over, AK was simply misused. What do you expect from AK with no PP, playing with the WORST center and 5-7 min a games.

Of course if you watch his global stats this season or his stats in the last 20 games, he wouldn't even worth a 3rd round pick. He left with 12 goals... but he scored 10 in his first 25 playing mostly on the third line with Eller.

Kaberle keeps rolling, another assist and looking good. Haters gonna hate

Damn when Markov gets back and we get a point shot Kabs is going to be serious money on the powerplay. I could see it being in the top five.

All this crying over an underachieving winger who scored 12 goals.
Are you declaring that I am crying? If so, check back to when the trade went down. I was one of the first to say I was satisfied with the deal and thought a 2nd rounder was fair. Short-sighted or not, when you see a guy being used as a 4th line centre in Gaustad going for a 1st round pick and a top 6 winger in Kostitsyn going for a second, it was bound to confuse and anger some fans here.

I was simply responding to a post that based a trade on stats by using another player that got a bigger return, and only used stats as a guideline. Maybe next time I should add the so you can understand the nature of my post.
