#65 - 03.06.2012 | New York Rangers @ New Jersey Devils | 7:00 PM - MSG 2
THE MATCHUP
GAME #65
March 6th, 2012
@
(42-15-7)
_________ (36-24-5)
7:00 PM ET
PRUDENTIAL CENTER - NEWARK, NJ
MSG 2 | MSG PLUS
QUOTES TO NOTE
Obviously, we were a little tired coming from a back-to-back game.
We feel we’re a pretty good in-shape team. We work hard in practice to get ready for hard back-to-back games.
- Dan Girardi
We started out really well and they started coming really hard. The 2nd period they were all over us and we were a little tired.
I think we felt pretty good to have a tie game after 2 periods, the way the game was played.
Going out to the 3rd, I felt like we got a little energized and got our legs going a little bit more and we scored some big goals.
- Henrik Lundqvist
We’re playing our third game in two and a half days, they’re not always going to be pretty.
I have a tremendous amount of respect for the guys in there for how hard they had to work to get something accomplished and score one more than they did.
- John Tortorella

Yeah! Excited for this one. Rangers take this one in regulation. No shootouts or BS.
4-1.

Does TWC have MSG 2 HD yet? I can't remember. I'd have to have to watch the Devils feed.

Can't believe it's game 65 already.
Season is flying, must be because I'm not losing hair, having mini-strokes, and aneurysms this year from the Rangers constantly bouncing between 7-9th place for the last 3 months.

Don't believe TWC has MSG 2 in HD in any area yet. DirecTV, Cablevision/iO, and FiOS have it.
You have the option of watching the Rangers broadcast in SD or the Devils broadcast in HD on MSG+.

More than 5 goals and 8 points in his last 6 games?
