I'm sorry, but I wasn't all that impressed with Bishop. He seems like a limited goalie who just stays positional and plays safe. Of course, he's the kind of goalie that won't let in bad goals, but that killer instincts and that talent is not there, that I saw from Lehner.
It will be interesting to see a Lehner/Bishop tandem in a few years where Bishop can be a solid back up playing between 20-30 games a season.
I think one thing we can expect from Bishop is consistency. I don't know if he's number one material, but if he can become a reliable backup who can step in and always play the way you expect him to, that's a solid piece to have.
