False, it's entirely plausible Washington, Tampa or anyone else beats NYR in the first round. Same w/ Boston. Assuming we are a 4/5 seed, it wouldn't be crazy if we played, say, NJ, Fla, and Phi. 1 and 2 seeds lose regularly in the first round.
