Has Kessel registered a point against the Bruins this or for that matter any season? It's a pretty bad disappearing act he pulls aainst Boston.

I can't help but laugh at the Sportsnet clown show attempt to analyze the Grabovski signing. Clearly they don't understand the inflation of salaries since the CBA was first implemented and in light of that those elite players' contracts are a bargain.

I wonder how much the entertainment value has gone down. That was totally a boring period.

I wasn't referring to winning this game.

I just meant, palying a defensive system that suits our team (defense especially), may be "boring". But it gives us a good chance to win, and winning is entertaining.

They actually showed the 1-2-2 a couple times in the Montreal game. With more practice time now in, Carlyle is clearly using this tactic against a more dangerous offensive team in the Bruins.

Atleast we didn't get completely demolished in the faceoff circle like last couple games.

So being tied 1 - 1 under Carlyle already feels like a win although premature.

He does have 1 point. His stats against the bruins this season are 0G 1A 1P -7+/-.

He has sucked pretty bad against the bruins this year.
