Scuderi has had some trouble getting pucks out recently. That is a little disturbing.

Stupid penalty by Lewis.

Can anyone else remember the last time the Kings stepped up with a quick answer after a deflating goal to give up the lead or fall behind? If this becomes something they can expect, we might actually have something here...

Yeah he should have turned into Williams instead of away from him. How dare he turned the only way he could without running into his own man.

I'm sure there were others, but Handzus' game winner against Dallas last year.

He pushed the d-man into the goalie. It wasn't even questionable.

Lol wut? Forwards are usually allowed to run defenders into their own goalies? News to me.

Are we sure those comments by Dionne wasn't secretly directed towards Williams?

Trevor Lewis...man it is harder and harder to defend him as a NHL player. At least get him off the third line. Get him back to killing penalties and taking 4th line forechecking shifts. He's brutal in any other role.

Great period though. Kopi was outstanding. Clearly because I wore his jersey around today. Not very good by Scuderi on that rush...hopefully not a big deal in the end.

I thought for sure that was a Stoll penalty, seems to be his MO....guess he is rubbing off on Lewis.

Lewis deserved the penalty. 100% correct call.

I don't mind the penalty by Lewis. End of the period, plus Rinne looks to be off his game, not a bad idea to keep things heavy in the crease. I think the Kings were able to dictate the physical play and if they keep it up they should be able to beat the preds.

Well Bud Holloway, would look well on that third line instead of Lewis or Richardson. I know Bud was doing what was right for him; but it would be karma if Nolan and King took up the roster spots in camp next year.

I have been a staunch defender of Lewis. But I agree with this post so much. Especially the bolded part.

It seems that this is really all he is capable of.

I am almost willing to give Marc-Andre Cliche a late season call up to see if he can do anything Lewis isn't doing. I mean it's not like we'd be losing a ton with that swap.
