Our defense's offense has been horrendous without Stralman in the line-up, too. Bickel's been completely useless. Same with Eminger.

Girardi needs to be demoted down to second pair. He is probably mentally fatigued, we need to promote Staal. He is making a couple really bad decisions with the puck almost every game now.
