Hopefully Franson is in tonight in place of Komisarek. Don't understand why Franson is sitting out when he's been progressing pretty well this year.

why do the Leafs continue to play the same goalie on back to back nights? it's puzzling.
i'd rather see Reimer tonight but at this point, whatever.

I doubt Ashton will play if Brown is able to.

Carlyle never indicates his starter beforehand.
Any mention of Gus starting is purely speculation.

I don't mind that decision, it wasn't working switching goalies, may well ride out Gus until he is comfortable.

Expecting a big game from Kulemin. Hoping that if he plays with Bozak and Kessel it could help him find the score sheet!

Watching Carlyle's post game interview.... I think (and hope) that he won't switch goalies until he thinks the goalie lost the game for us. Like he's said a few times already, the goalie's job is to make sure the team has a chance to win... It's not their job to steal games, it's their job to give the team a chance.... And Gus did that last night, most of the goals I saw Gus had no chance to save....
Better than what wilson did, if the goalie didn't win the game for us (even if he played great), he wasn't playing the next game....

I think Reimer should've got the start just because we have to travel and we're on a back to back.

Sure seems like the season is on Gus' shoulders. They have to give Reimer some starts though or his confidence will be shot.

At this point, I hope, just to watch a good all around game. Bring up Ashton, let the kid get some motivation. Don't get blown out and let the tank naturally happen. With Lupes gone three weeks min, We will have to wait another year for hockey past the start of April. (sigh)
