Yeah, I've seen em play a few times, my brother is good friends with Cam ashley (number 89) and he has spent some time talking with the Saginaw Spirit. He could very well be drafted this year in the priority selection, we'll see though. But the best two players on this team are number 2 Nick Magyar and number 82 Sonny Milano. Magyar is does all of the little things well defensively and can explode up the ice offensively. He has the best hands on the team imo. Magyar was selected to represent team USA at the Youth Olympic Games in Austria. Whenever this team needs a goal these two are on the ice. Great speed and set each other up beautifully. Nick Magyar has talked with Ohio state I believe. Cam Ashley plays a very physical game despite being a bit smaller and can make plays happen in front of the net.
Now this team has played Belle tire 5 or 6 times and split the season series. The last two times they met Cleveland won 5 to 1 and 7 to 1. Cleveland also played the Hamilton Jr.Bulldogs and won 4-0 and 5-0. Beat the Toronto Young Nats 2-1. Tied the Toronto Marlies 3-3 and lost 7-1. Beat the Ottawa 67's (Midget Team) 4-1, and Beat the Don Mills Flyers 4-3.
I wish this team was in it, would be exciting to watch. Here is a link to the game schedule and roster
