Honestly, it's uncanny how good he is the playoffs. 72 points in 75 games or something like that? Absurd... I couldn't be happier to own both a Richards and Staal jersery right now.

I have my Richards winter classic. Only problem is I only have room for one more name for an away jersey and I cant decide on mcd or girardi! I go back and forth on who I like most.

That's a tough one! McD is going to be our best D-man in the future though, he is absurdly good and hasn't even entered his prime. Girardi is awesome too, great underdog story and a great defensive defense man. I personally would go with McD though simply because he'll be a Ranger for longer, but there's no wrong answer here.

I too have a Richards WC jersey. I wear it with pride and you can bet your ass I'm wearing it tomorrow!

Richards is just a smart, and predatory player. Gaborik is too.

I look at the replay of that goal and I actually believe Brad when he says he doesn't know how it went in.

But, that is Brad Richards, folks. Imagine your Rangers without him.

I dare you.

I don't think I'm speaking incorrectly here. Richards is 4+5=9 in 11 games so far, and has scored and assisted on huge goals in both rounds. Lundqvist is playing great, yes, but Richards has been our best player in April and May.

It is similar to the Dustin Brown to Jonathan Quick comparison, and I definitely would go with Dustin Brown for Los Angeles, and certainly Brad Richards for NYR.

He didn't score a game winner, he scored a game tier.

Not just the fact that he scores a dramatic game-tying goal with 6 seconds left with the net empty. But, Richards wins 2-3 faceoffs in the final minute while we're trying to tie it and didnt panic under immense pressure. The caps collapsed around the net like wildabeasts and Richards somehow finds a way to put thr puck through Carlson's arm, off the post and in. The guy has ice in his veins.

Lots of rangers were good tonight, but Richards has been every bit impressive in these playoffs as he was years ago. I'd still like to see him use his slapshot more, but wow. What a game.

I am bumping this just because.

Watch that replay and see Richards. There was pretty much nothing there, but he made it happen. Watch that puck flutter through and just miss going wide. Unreal skill and determination.
Again.
Like he seems to always do.

Broadway Brad Money.

He's been our best player since the beginning of March, continuing into the playoffs.

Can't believe people were complaining about him earlier in the year.

This guy is everything as advertised times 100. I can't even believe how much of an IMPACT he has had just off the ice alone. Reg season he had 9 game winners which is 18 points plus w/e gwg he has assisted on him. Our best forward in the playoffs for us. he shoulda got more then 60 mil at this point lol. LGR im still on a natural high i can't sleep.
