Think if Manning does get enough time up with the Flyers, teams might actually look at him as a possible asset, and for the Flyers, a possible trading chip? I'm just thinking ahead a bit...

I think it's unwise to think of defensive prospects as possible trading chips unless we're going after long-term solutions on the blueline.
Think of Wellwood, Ranford, Akeson, and Cousins as potential trading chips.
