I'd say the power play looks like garbage.

In fact, we've been fighting it so bad recently Cally actually tried to pull one of the backwards passes from the side of the net out of his bag.

Need to just keep having Richards tee off from the point and see what happens.

We're playing fine tonight, the puck just doesn't wanna go in though. I'm more worried about us losing 1st place than anything else.

I think it's ****ing disgusting that the PP is 29th in the league and no one is taking heat for it.

When your PP is 29th in the league, the problems go deep, and it's on the coach to fix that. Am I in the locker room? Obviously not. But when it's not getting any better there's a problem there.
I find it refreshing we're not just scapegoating one guy and saying it's all his fault. You see that way too much already with coaches in sports. If Sullivan is good, I don't want to fire him to appease people frustrated in the PP. Players got to step up.

This team has found a way to come back all season. You really cant count them out until the buzzer sounds.

I'm smelling Mitchell coming up big.

Oh I agree 100%, but Girardi made a really nice play tonight so i'm just focusing on McD.

They've both leveled off to what I hope isn't how they'll play in the POs. That'll be too painful after seeing how good they can be.

edit - I see bleacher report isn't a trusted website here, but I haven't found any information that states otherwise. And my memory of Sullivan being brought in was that he'd be running the PP.

It's definitely not lol. They're ****ing tired as ****. They've been relied on too much this year with Staal and Sauer out. Next year when the D is all healthy (Knock on wood), they'll be much better. Their minutes are finally catching up to them.

Oh no, a rough patch. Teams never go through those and come out the other side. Give me a break, this team has been the best in the league to this point. Their is still plenty of time to work through this stretch and be ready for the playoffs.

Sure could use a big third period here. Pittsburgh is within 6 and the Flyers and Devils are winning big.

Bleacher Report is written by idiots for idiots. Not to call you an idiot, but dude, that site is all speculative and the writers are terrible.

Someone is speculating Sullivan runs the PP because most assistant coaches do. Hell, even I thought he did until a few here corrected me. Torts runs the PP.

Yeah, I just don't buy that. He had several great games in February. He has been bad in March... but March is young still. He's been bad for a couple games. Girardi on the other hand... Need to give Staal more minutes. He's been improving every single game.

Mcdonagh is in his second season!!! He played only half a year last year and yet he is on our top pairing!!!
He has exceeded expectations he's been great, he's a little gassed, but yet some of you always find something to complain about!!!! SHUTUP! He's been great, he's still young and will make mistakes!!! Stop ****ing complaining holy ****!!!

Senators playing the exact way they should.

They are completely suffocating the Rangers, it's going to be very hard for them to score.
