Over the past few years, these games have always gone to the road team.
The last time the home team won a game was October 3rd, 2009 @ MSG.

Could you expand on this? I don't quite understand what you're saying.
What are "these games"?

National Hockey League regular season games where the Ottawa Senators have played the New York Rangers.
The road team has won the last 10 meetings.

Martin Biron will start for the Rangers. Lundqvist's streak stops at 26 consecutive starts vs. Ottawa. #Sens

If I was the coach I would just tell the media Biron is in but then put Lundqvist last second to throw everyone off their game

You know, I actually wouldn't mind having that as our third line. Having the Calder Cup line as our 4th is way better than playing Zenon.
The only thing that hurts about that line-up is losing Neil.

Sens need to take advantage of "King Henrik" not being in net tonight. Will be a good statement game.

Im watching last nights TH2N and Steve Simmons used the Neil/Chara fight from a couple weeks back as an example of a staged fight.

According to the rules "Any GDT reserved but not started by 12pm EST on gameday is up for grabs to anyone".
So it's fair game right now.
