If this whole incident is as it appears and Wilson failed to show the Canadian Soldiers the respect that they deserve then Wilson deserved everything that he got. IMHO The Canadian forces deserve our respect even if you do not believe they do!

I am not an American but I have been to many games in many Sports in the USA and I always stand and take my hat off during the National Anthem as a sign of respect that is what we are talking about here.
I am just sick of the nonsense that occurs on here....this is a place to share opinions and information and a healthy debate is find, but to watch people who attack and belittle others and their opinions is not what this board was made for.

Do you normally base your opinions on a split second camera pan or knowing an event lasted 10 minutes, would you assess someone's character based on the whole of their actions?
