Makes NO sense to play Biron vs an Eastern Conference playoff team and then HL vs a Western Conference opponents.

I have to disagree. At this point in the season, the Rangers have a playoff position locked up. They're competing with the Bruins and the Atlantic Division (read: Penguins) for the 1, 2 and 4 seeds.

Hank should play every game against the Atlantic Division and Bruins, and the rest should be decided by matchups. Chicago is better than the Senators. That's why Biron went last night.

Chicago is marginally a better team than Ott right now, I agree. Ottawa scored 7 goals in the game prior to last night.

Coming off of two losses in three games, I think having a better shot at a win with Hank vs Ottawa would be more valuable than loss with Biron last night and a 50/50 shot with Hank vs Chic tonight.

I've disagreed a few times with how Torts has cued up the goalies in back to back games this season.

I do agree that Hank should have been used as a slump buster against the Sens. I felt that way before the game even started.

We should turn exclusively to Henrik when/if we actually need him to attain 1st. Until then we should continue with the plan to rest him as much as possible.

I agree though with the previous poster that he should have started Henrik last night as a "slumpbuster". We need our best player to steal a big game for us here tonight to remind the rest of the team that winning is not that hard if they can only score 2 or 3 goals.

They need to start Hank after losses to help ensure we have a better shot at winning the next game.

He didn't have to start both last night and tonight, but I would have preferred that he get back in there to gett eh two points from a team we may see in the 1st round.

I personally would have started him both last night and tonight and allowed Biron to start against the Islanders on Sunday giving Hank the start against Pitt on Tuesday

Hank has gotten ALOT of rest thus far this season, he can handle the occassional back to back games.

Its got to be the right balance. He should be rested but also the team needs to be in the zone.... The win zone.

He is our best player.
