Woot?
Outside of Yakupov and Grigerenko, who is the best prospect and why?

Well, 30 goals for Max. 30 points for Subban. We will live to tank another day.

In all honesty, this was a fun game and an even better GDT. Best of luck the rest of the year.
And for my money, I'd take Subban on my team any day of the week. Heck of a young player.
Theo Peckham? Yeah, pretty much despise this meathead. He's been pulling that crap all year long. He's not long for the NHL.

On the one year anniversary where Chara almost paralyzed him, Max scored his 30th goal of the season.

Anyone see Subban triple low five Budaj and then try to do it with Price, only to get rejected?
Ah PK, I love ya.

Hard to get really pissed about this game with 4 of the 5 goals being scored by the promising youth. Subban and Pacioretty are very good young players and they showed it again tonight. Just be happy it's not all bleak, there are some very nice building blocks on this team.
As long as we stay in the 3rd slot, which is Galchenyuk/Grigorenko guaranteed (pending a team behind us NOT winning lottery), I'll be happy.

There should be an entire thread devoted to all this tank nonsense. There are some of us who actually root for our players to do well and the team to win. I can't watch a game rooting against my own team.
Good game by the kids. Gomez played well too.

I wonder what would have happened if Chara didn't intentionally try to kill Pacioretty last year. Kid is the best forward prospect we've had in a long time.
This sucks result-wise for us, but winning still feels good. Good game from basically all the forwards and Subban, typical trainwreck performance from the rest of the D.
Glad to see Patches and Eller pad their stats. I hope those two and Subban have a long career in Montreal, we need it.
