Kind of funny/strange how Katie Strang tweeted that Martin had food poisoning and was ready to go tonight and then a few minutes later Arthur Staple tweeted he was scratched with the flu. CONSPIRACY?!
Law.... just saying "awesome work" doesn't cover how good this GDT series has been. You're the man.

I had no clue it was that widespread - here in ATX, the city turns into a Petri dish every spring from a music/film festival. It kicked the crap out of me a few days ago and I'm still not totally rid of it.

That is ridiculous with how bad this team is to think that 2 wins could get us to just 3 points back of the playoffs with 13 games to go.
Maybe rather than Dubielewicz stealing a game with a light Sabre, it'll be "Naboda" stealing it for us.....if the team wakes the hell up and manages to go on a tear, that is.

Best steak I ever had was at Lambert's in Austin!!!

Lambert's is INSANELY good! I'll always be a Pennsylvania boy, but Austin's grown on me bigtime. No shortage of music, good food & drinks here. The nickname fits it perfectly; this city is "The Velvet Rut."

I did a little road trip to Texas a few years ago. I saw the bats under the Congress Bridge, enjoyed the little music joints on 6th Street, ate at Lambert's then drove to Dallas for a few days and caught a Stars game. It remember it being really humid in Dallas.
I have a personnel journey of going to every hockey rink and baseball stadium. I need to get back to Dallas to get to the ballpark there in Arlington.

Just please stay away from foul balls and if a player offers you a ball, Just say "NO".

Nicely done! The weird thing about this city is, it just keeps getting bigger. 900K in city proper, but in the 8 years I've been here the suburbs have since doubled that, almost - 3rd worst peak traffic in the US. There's always tons to do, though.
The rink/stadium "tour de stade" sounds like an awesome series of trips. Hell, you could publish a few coffeetable books with good photos. Let me know if you wind up in Austin, there are a few bars down here nice enough to put on hockey games.
