I'm not sure how I feel. Every Giants fan I talk to doesn't like him.

I love Jacobs. He's going to get limited touches which will probably be better for him. He'll probably get the garbage TD's from a yard out now. I think this is huge pickup for the 9'ers.
So I guess if you can't beat the Giants, just sign their players?

Yeah, because Jacobs was a big reason why they beat them in that game...
I personally can't stand the guy. Happy feet can't get it done in short yardage.

I'll remember that when you start to like him. (Hopefully).

He's better than Anthony Dixon that's all that matters.

That's unexpected. I wish him luck.

Sometimes. As a Giant, he often looked for a fancy cut play when he should have been trying to truck through. He has lost some effectiveness at that over the years, which I suppose is only natural.

I'd hang onto him if I were them. He's the only change of pace option they have.

3rd deep is no way to develop a promising RB. I thought he looked great at times last year. Now what?

Jacobs only got a 1 yr deal. Hunter is still #2. Brandon will be used when we have a game locked up and Gore isn't needed.

Yeah, no way Hunter is passed by Jacobs on the depth chart. My roommate (a Niners fan) said he'd be shocked (and equally as pissed) if that were the case.
Dixon would be the one moved, I'd imagine.

Don't really need Jacobs SF but I guess better than Dixon. I really like Hunter and can't see Jacobs passing him.

Jacobs problem was that everyone got to know him from his head on bowl you over runs. He started getting injured and changed his playing style to where he was trying to cut too much. It hasn't worked... I loved him as that big brute back and wish him the best except for when he's against us.

Damn. He's so leaving NJ.
As for Jacobs, it's a good depth signing considering Gore misses a game or two every year.

Well Parise is right
That and look at the organization he comes from (minus the Kovy presser) who doesn't hold any pressers unless its for a HC

They've made some interesting moves with the additions of him and Moss
