stupid eurosnobs. In the supporters section, overtime , you get to know everyone. If you friends are not soccer fans, find new friends that are.

Yeah I'm doing the New York trip and except one or two guys from the Ultras, I know nobody. Even these guys, I barely know them. Time to meet people and have fun

Where? Toronto? Rochester? Torreón?
It will be my first trip with the UM. I've been in their section a couple of times already.
And to the other guy, the word soccer comes from Britain so...

Well yeah a lot of my friends are huge soccer fans but as you described them, they're eurosnobs, they alonly watch european and international soccer and I'm not able to convert them to be impact fans. Maybe with time they'll become but I was expecting the buzz of the impact in the MLS to have a bigger impact.

The thing is they just need to watch a couple of games and they'll be hooked. It's not as technical nor as tactical as European football but it's entertaining and some teams are improving a lot on the possession and construction side.

Whoa nice attendance projections. Looks like Montreal is going to make an impact on the league right off the bat
From what ive read the attendance record in MLS history is 61000 which was for the 2002 final.

The roof is permanent (and even when it was retractable in the early 90s it didn't work very well). Patrick Leduc was making a joke.
The new roof they're going to install in the coming years might be retractable though, apparently they're looking into it.

Can't they fix the baseball sight lines and inject some millions to make it more suitable for Football/Soccer?
Also change the seat colours...yellow and blue ugh.
