Is 21 seconds the fastest hattrick to start a game or "only" the shortest time between a hattrick during a game?

I don't think it's possible to start a game with a 21 second hattrick.

Most likely it is the time between the first and 3rd goal

For Montreal the record belongs to no other than Le Gros Bill.

It was under 50 seconds....44 seconds if I recall correctly.
