Lol at calling SOB unpopular... Most fans I know love the guy, and he's one of the favorite teammates amongst the players. Just be careful what you read here on this site, many of the opinions here are not aligned with the fans that fill up the Pepsi center.

I just had a beer with SOB after the game yesterday afternoon. I guess he's dating a friend of a friend and showed up at the bar we were at with his gf.

Dudebro is funny as hell, and can pack a few down like a pro.

In Sweden Landeskog is called Gabbe, showing that unimaginative nice names in hockey thrives on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.

You're right and I didn't mean to put your post down, it was a great post. I'm just saying that if you value facts, you shouldn't avoid that book.

But yes, opinions are very valuable too. It's just that they don't replace facts.

Since when was being the youngest team in the league a strength? It just means that there's a lot of players that are inexperienced, inconsistent, and have an uncertain future.

I think the point is they're almost all expected to improve from now until 8 years from now when they peak.

Holy ****, you read my mind. Marry me?

Living in victoria where everyone is a Canucks fan, they start growing on you. Blues I like mainly cause of Captain Kirk, but they have a very solid team. Although if SOB is one of your favorite players, I might have to rethink that proposal. I mean he's ok, but someone like Hunny should definitely be on your favorite players list.

Youngest team in the league and we're fighting for a playoff spot, things can only get better.

BTW SOB sucks.

1. I probably can't do that. I'm sorry.

2. That's really on you. I wasn't looking for praise or comments, I was just saying he's a pretty cool guy. I do have better things to do than make up stories about marginal NHLers though. We're not talking like Brad Pitt up in here.

You were clearly patting your own back. Stop trying to be a bro, bro. It's annoying.

Aha, my friends are diehard Canucks fans, but they actually are sensible and don't try to shove them down your throat like half the other fans are.

Yup, sometimes wear my Avs jersey on GD.

Clearly you are mistaken. This was not a highlight of my life. It was just a casual comment supporting a guy that everyone likes to take a dump on around here. Nothing more, bruv.

I'm probably not going to change how I post just for one person though, I apologize. Luckily for everyone who hates the word bro/bruv/bromanchu etc, there is ignore. Utilizing this tool is key around these parts, to be sure.

I do not believe one can exist and be a true fan of both the Canucks and Avalanche. Your allegiance eventually must sway one way or the other.
