Thelen in front of Grebs eh? Intersting.

It looks as though we'll have 3 in the top 50-which ain't bad.

Bit dissapointed not to see Tambs on there, but oh well.

I think he was 11th last year. The year before that he was #1. He keeps slipping as his time as a prospect is running out.

Cammy and Gleason JUST missed the cut (50-60). Tambs was not going to make it in there after his suspect season last year. He was in the 80's. Grebs also dropped because the injury last year did not allow him to show what he can really do. But that's OK.

I'm really surprised Gleason didn't make it......and by the way what are these flags by our name for?

Miller was 9th in the last list.

As for Grebs getting moved from 16th to 44 ?!?!?! What the hell is going on? DFA mentions the injury, but his ranking last yr was given back in April when he had recovered from his injury. Since then he had a solid playoff round and has been putting up points in the AHL.
Heck last yr Aulin made the list of the top 50 and he was out almost the entire yr.

IMO Grebs is getting underrated as I would not trade him for higher ranked players like Ballard, Schremp, Vermette or even Eminger.

Of the 150 or so prospects that the committee piled over,

Brown, Tukonen & Grebs made the list
Cammy and Gleason were the very last cuts (50-60)
Tambs came in at about 70-80
Kanko came in at about 100

That was it for Kings prospects.

I figured as much, too, until it dawned on me that this is based upon last year's performance solely. Kanko had a really good year with Kitchener and a good start with the Monarchs.

Still, we had 7 prospects in the top 100. Can't complain about that. There would be an average of 3.33 for each of the 30 teams.

Can you tell me where Leneveu was ranked? Coyote fans are surprised to see Ballard in and Leneveu out.

Cheers.

He was on the final list of 65 before we pared it down to 50. So he was somewhere between 50-65.
