Yes! I'll be able to watch this one tonight, it's been a while since I've been able to stay up at night watching hockey. Stupid co-workers being out with the flu forcing me to actually do some work...
Anyway, hopefully we'll score some goals tonight. I could stand another shutout for Bryzgalov (or Bobrovsky) though. Let's say 5-0. Giroux, Couturier, Hartnell, Talbot and Grossmann with the goals.
Don't we owe Zubrus and Volchenkov something? I think we do, on an unrelated note, does anybody know if airports and airplanes have internet? I feel like they do and if I wanna watch the game thats how I gotta do it.
i don't know if we want to play pittsburgh in the first round, this is a huge game for positioning. I kind of think playing away against a southeast division team is better than pittsburgh right now.. but than again travel time would be great against pitts. Tough call.

We just gotta go into it with a WAR mentality. We're as good as anybody when were playin with confidence and minimal injuries. I'm not worried about it so long as we play hard!

Heck, we might end up playing the rangers with the way things are going.
I swear, if the Flyers won the Cup in 5, there would be some who would complain about them not sweeping. Yeah, I'm a tad anxious about Bob shaking off the cobwebs tonight, but he'd have to sooner or later.
We talked about this, looking at the schedule and what was coming up,” Laviolette said before the game.
“The back-to-back and the fact Bryz has played 11 in a row, every other night, pretty much. It’s a chance to get a fresh goaltender in there.”
Bryzgalov went 8-2 during the 11 starts with a no decision. His goals against average was 1.95 and his save percentage was .929.
“You look at the schedule and what you have available, we got a guy who has been waiting and wants to get in there and play and this is a perfect spot to get him in there, as opposed to running Bryz down,” Laviolette said.
“When we started to look at it, we said we wanted to collect as many sets of two points as we can. We got New Jersey in a couple games here [on Tuesday, too]. This is where it’s coming up back-to-back, and the travel, and losing an hour, and the fact he started 11 in a row.
“This makes a lot of sense putting Bob in there. We got a lot of faith in Bob. He’s played well in New Jersey. We feel like we have a real good, young goalie with lots of energy in there tonight.”
