LOL yup. Though to be fair he has been really hot this past week, and he hasn't been quite as ridiculous as Gomez.

His save percentage was below 900 before the 3 shutouts this week though.

Any word if it's Bryz or Bob in net?

Since the Devils couldn't score a goal on him while the rest of the league was lighting him up, maybe they'll have some luck while he's on a hot streak.

Probably JYZ starting.

Nilsson shut us out for 118 minutes. He's been the one we've had the hardest time with. We actually scored 2 in a row on him.

Jyz is the next hardest. 7+ periods, 2 full games, only one goal scored by Alexei Ponikarovsky, and 1 shutout on opening night.

Before last week he had 2 shutouts this season, and 1 of them was against us on opening night. Now he's had 3 in a week.

They say things happen in 3's.....so his shutout streak will now turn to giving up goals in bunches

And with that Ponikarovsky is the only guy on our team to score on him. Not only has he scored on him once, he's also scored on him twice in one night when he was still with Carolina earlier in the season.

If we're going by that though I guess our winning streak is over right?

I think we can score on him.

Nilsson has our number what can I say? At the same time I give him a lot more credit than last week. He just wasn't giving up anything. I think he has a future. I just hope in his next game he plays as good as he did against us.

We lit up Nabbybulin the other night, and he's actually been good for the Islanders. Though he's had some bad games also sometimes to other teams.

Let's just go over Philly. Think we can do it.

By the way Toronto is garbage lately. How they shut them out does not surprise me. I'm more surprised Toronto shut them out.

We just gotta get 6 more wins, and we're at 95. Definitely gonna be enough to get us in. Probably enough for 7th or even 6th no doubt. Toilet bubble teams like Buffalo have 13 games left with 72 points. For them to get to 95 they're gonna have to win 11 of 13. Win 11, and 1 OT loss. If they lose more than one in regulation they won't be able to even get to that. Same with Winnipeg. While I can see Buffalo turning it on I don't see them only losing one more game.
