If they retain Gus, then Reimer should be elsewhere. It's gonna be funny to see Burke trade Reimer or put him the minors next season after calling him "the real deal".

Ashton has improved steadily with every game. Looks like he could be a solid 3rd line energy guy in the making.

Ashton - Colborne - Frattin

future 3rd line?

To think this is where the Leafs are after four years of a genius GM....Wow! Unbelievable. Its like the Leafs try to be bad. Honestly, how can a team be so bad for so long and not have a plethora of talent to show for it? That is skill.

Yes, I thought he was pretty good today. Once he fills out, that body work should be devastating.

Lost to Washington 0-2, playoff odds down 4.3 to 3.1% whoops Florida won:
Lost to Washington 0-2, playoff odds down 4.7 to 2.7%

There is still hope.

7th. to 3rd. with the biggest win of the year.

If they can only win 1 more this season, I hope it is the lottery drop.

For me the #1 culprit is Phaneuf. Just not captain material. He's captaining the ship straight in to the iceberg. Good job buddy!

BTW, it's funny to hear people say the "offence will come". Why? There are plenty of defensive teams that can't score, maybe it doesn't come, maybe we just keep losing because this isn't a good style for a speed orientated, pressure the puck team?

It's up for interpretation. I think it's funny. No more, no less. I don't think less of him or made it as a slight to him. He's a talented player.

might as well just hope for the tank from game one onward. this team is going no where.

i have no expectations for next year. just blow the bunch up, fire burke, etc. firesale.
Were you really hoping for the Bruins to get even better picks?

The Bruins recently missed the POs 4 years out of 7, and lost in the 1st round the 3 years they made it.

Yes finding Thomas was their turning point. Don't forget even 2 years ago people were complaining that the Bruins played the most boring style of hockey in the NHL.

I used to despise all you 'TANK NATION' supporters, but that was when we actually still had a chance of making the playoffs.

Now I hope they lose every game. They're done.
