Put a big picture of the white house next to the penalty box saying Welcome to the White House. Then get Lehner to go fight with Thomas and profit.

Considering our last home game is against the bruins, that would be perfect.

I don't think goalies ever go to the penalty box. We could score a lot of goals and put that sign next to him on the bench though..

Find a way to ship him there. Or else send a fan to jump on the ice.

I think Yes We Can is really good. Even if everybody doesn't make the connection, as they might not with O Ba Ma, it also works on the level of " yes we can (beat them)". It is simple, subtle and funny, which makes it perfect.

generally not a good idea to piss off a team with more talent than you.
There's pissing somebody off, and then there's completely derailing someone.
Heckling, done poorly, accomplishes the former. Heckling, done well, accomplishes the latter.
Don't make them angry, make them lose focus.

This thread was posted on the Bruins board. I find it unbelievable that this didn't effect the team.
Edit: NVM it got deleted

Are we trying to throw off all the Bruins, or just Thomas?

Thomas didn't go to the whitehouse, so it works perfectly.

Forget "sea of white/ red", what we need in Round 1 is a "Sea of Obama" in the stands.
These have to be on every fan in the first row of the building... so no matter which end Boston is playing in, the Obama faces are everywhere!!

That would be awesome. It would work better if the people who usually sat in the 300's were in the front row.

We absolutely need to start an obama chant if we end up facing the bruins. Let's practice at our last home game.

I Think YES WE CAN is good. It's generic enough that it works while still hinting at the white house thing.
The other stuff is a bit much.

I haven't read through all of this, but I loved back at the beginning of the season, when sens were winning all those games in the final minutes. And the team kept shouting "Never Doubt".

Don't chants at SBP generally fail? One of the quietest buildings in the league, despite always being full.

So we might as well fix this by not even trying. Smart.

Playoffs are a different beast...
We do have games 3 & 4 in Ottawa, so the series should have a good vibe to it by then...

Don't know what it means, really? Even if they don't, it works on the level of "yes we can beat Boston". It's subtle and it's funny, and a lot of the other stuff seems a bit too obvious and heavy handed.
