Anyone else think Morrow's jersey should be a few ounces lighter next year?

Morrow makes this team worse. He's still the same lazy player he was before the injury.

We've had our chances to go up but the execution has been terrible. It's really just up for grabs now. They need to be much better in the 3rd.

Morrow gets more crap calls on him than anyone else on the team, it's just absurd.

Have to say, Pardy has played well tonight. Much better than I thought he would.

The 4 on 4 started with Ribs and Loui - worked great. Next came Benn and Ryder - even better, created a really good scoring chance. Next out - Ott and Morrow and the game turns to ****.

5 minors in 5 periods. Should have been 3 minors and 1 major. That was a definite kneeing penalty.

I think we should trade Morrow just because the refs HATE him. That penalty was BS.

I disagree with that, 4 of the 5 calls morrow has gotten since coming back were completely bull****, it's been a while since I've felt Ott has gotten a bad call, seems like it's been a while since he was even called.

to assess a kneeing penalty the player has to actually make a clear attempt to knee the guy - like if he extends his knee out or leads with it or something. Morrow tried to hit Cullen straight up but Cullen was tangled with Trevor Daley and as a result didn't take the blow head on.

Dallas 11-4-3 when tied after 2. Minnesota 8-4-4.

50.1 Kneeing - Kneeing is the act of a player leading with his knee and in some cases extending his leg outwards to make contact with his opponent.

50.3 Major Penalty - The Referee, at his discretion, may assess a major penalty, based on the severity of the infraction, to a player guilty of kneeing an opponent (see 50.5).

He led with his knee and he injured Cullen. I would have called that a major every time.

There is no ****ing way Morrow lead with his knee. We've seen him in the league for his entire career and he's never done anything like that. He missed with the shoulder and caught him on the way through with the knee.

Only reason he even hit him in the knee is because Cullen ducked out of the way right before Morrow went in to hit him. Definitely wasn't leading with his knee.
