The injury-battered Wings got some big help from Pavel Datsyuk in his first game back and a nice basketball-style pick by Henrik Zetterberg that led immediately to the tying goal.
Detroit News knows what's up.

PollakOnSharks: RT @EJHradek_NHL That shift from Pavel Datsyuk was just sick. Finishes it with a wicked shot (goal). Welcome back, Pav! What a player!!

PollakOnSharks: Still popular, sitting in the GM's box -- Mike Ricci gets loud ovation from crowd after past highlights shown of him in action.

PollakOnSharks: Nah, same old same old. RT @markedwinemmons So, now that I'm off Warriors' deadline, were there Sharks doing anything interesting tonight?

Interesting point on radio last night....

Lidstrom started playing in NHL in 91-92 (same year Sharks started).

Sharks-Wings have faced each other (prior to last night) 79 times in the regular season; Lidstrom had only missed **four** of those games (Sharks were 3-1 without him in the lineup, now 4-1).

Sunday post-practice blog.

Wingels may be back Monday. Galiardi has injury, as does Handzus. (White, Vandermeer have been healthy scratches)
