He doesn't suck. He had a bad start. The A's scored 6 off Felix with their line-up.

Not sure why you guys want to warriors to tank for 7th, even if they keep the pick this year, its the 6th pick next year. gonna lose it either way.

That doesnt make sense. People want them to tank so they can keep the pick. If they can do that, they will have a pick this year in what is supposedly a good draft and push losing the pick to next year. If they dont tank this year, they just lose it and thats that....So yea theyre gonna have to lose it eventually but why not push it back a year? And maybe next year with a healthy squad, that pick will be lower than it currently is so the Jazz doesnt benefit as much from it.

The Warriors have to give up a pick by 2014, if they don't give up their Top 7 protected this year or Top 6 protected next year they HAVE to give up second round picks in 2014 & 2015 instead.
...so if the Warriors suck (more) for two straight years they never have to lose a 1st.
Not saying that's what I would have them to do necessarily, but this draft is 5-6 deep whereas most drafts have 2, maybe 3 potential #1s. Harrison Barnes or Kidd-Gilchrist would fit perfectly for the Dubs and one of them might be available at 7.

Kind of hard to be Curry's team from a hospital bed.

So the Giants open the season being swept and had a game they SHOULD HAVE WON but choked it away. New year, same team. I already feel bad for the pitchers.

The starting pitching gave up 15 runs.... Giants offense got out scored by 3. Not everyday you see that.

I just saw that and the words "Zito" and "Savior" haven't applied in years. I think it's safe to say they did today.

Hilarious that, of all our starters, it was Zito to pitch a gem in the first week of the season.

With his pitching line today of: 9.0 innings, 4 hits, 0 runs, 0 walks, 4 strikeouts - 112 pitches (70 strikes)...is this real life?!?!?!?!?!?!

Zito only had 112 pitches? That's even more impressive than I thought.

No walks for him is also completely insane.
