Michigan is very good as is BU and North Dakota, while Cornell is underrated, with Colin Greening and Matt Moulson as good players recently.

Why? They've produced some very good NHL talent over the last ten years. Brian Gionta, Brian Boyle, Cory Schneider, Nathan Gerbe, Andrew Albert and Patrick Eaves are among the former Eagles that are currently playing in the NHL. They also have excellent one waiting in the wings in Chris Kreider as well.
In answer to your original question, I would put BC in that group. I would also add Wisconsin, Minnesota, Maine, and more recently, Miami as well.
