Assuming that the Hawks are in the playoffs as of April 8, what do you (REALISTICALLY) think their lines will look like at that time...and how far into the playoffs do you think they'll go.

I think they will look the same as when Toews went out. I don't think Bollig makes this team in the play-offs and honestly wouldn't be surprised if Frolik and/or Bickell get sports over Shaw and Hayes. Just seems like something Q would do.
I think this team would be lucky to get out of the 2nd round. Our team is too hot and cold to really make any run. Goaltending is still a huge concern as is the special teams. Problems like that might not hurt when you play a team once but in a series it will haunt you.
Where does he fit in if Toews is back and Kane is our 2C? Maybe a bottom 6 winger role.
I always thought he might play better in a 3rd-line wing role. Less of a load being on the third line itself, and then alleviating the pressure of centering that line, will make it so much easier on Kruger and that bottom-6 winger role is where he could, should, and hopefully WILL be.
My guess would Kruger plays the 3rd wing and Hayes is scratched. Maybe between Bickell/Hayes, depending on who's playing better at the time. Bickell finally got the memo a few weeks back that the season started so my guess he stays in the line up.
Looks like the Hawks will face either Vancouver or Dallas in the first round. I think they'll win before getting knocked out in the 2nd round by Detroit.
Assuming the Hawks lose out at some point the only other Western teams I could root for would be LA or Nashville.
The ray of hope in beating the wings is....take a guess....once again, they have proven that they are a first half team and once again their roster is coming apart at the seems down the stretch.

The ONLY team I think the hawks can't beat is Nashville.
Wings aren't impenetrable. Back to back playoff exits to San Jose? They're not the same powerhouse they were four years ago imo and their age is starting to (slowly) catch up to them. I could be eating those words but to be honest if the Hawks get out of the first round I would rather play Detroit than Vancouver or St. Louis.
I'd prefer Detroit over Vancouver and St. Louis as well.
I think the Hawks can take all three, but Detroit games are more fun, better hockey, and personally, I will be much less likely to suffer some kind of rage heart attack.
As long as we stay away from Nashville for as long as possible.
The Hawks would be playing the Blues, and the Red Wings would be playing the Canucks in this potential scenario. Can we take St. Louis is a series? We're 3-2 against them this year.

Guys, being 100% serious here, if this is how the playoff matchups are going to look, I would NOT be at surprised if the Hawks beat Dallas, beat St Louis, and beat Detroit to go to the Stanley Cup finals.
The Hawks have proven to me that they're capable of beating every team in the league except Nashville. Crawford has proven to me that he can stand on his head in big games.
Believe it guys. If this team really comes together during the playoffs they're absolutely capable of making it to the Cup Finals.

everyone says the hawks can't handle the blues but they're 3-2 against them this year. it would be a crazy series. the blues and hawks hate eachother. even little patty kane was getting into it yesterday
nashville is the team i would be most nervous about. pekka rinne is a wall
i see the hawks losing in the western conference semis or western conference finals
but no matter how well the hawks play against st. louis, detroit, and even vancouver, the playoffs are not the regular season.
imagine the hawks vs the rangers in the finals though. the whole country would be watching
