This time I will wait until I see him play a game before I buy a home, away, and alternate jersey adorning his name.

Anyone looking for an away Runblad?

Dominant!

Silfverberg was so dominant last night in the 4th playoff game that.. well... it was jaw-dropping. By far the best player in the league i'm sure he will be one of the calder candidates next year.
Great size, excellent skating, IMPOSSIBLE to take the puck from (why they compare him to Forsberg), amazing passer, laser beam shot... i can go on and on.

I know there's been talks about him playing with the sens if Brynas gets eliminated in the quarters or semis so maybe you guys can see him play this season!

That is a "golden helmet", but not the Golden Helmet.

The Golden Helmet is a trophy.

The thing Alfredsson has on his head is just a helmet painted in "gold", celebrating the championship win.

Um, nice try, pretty sure that's just a normal helmet that turns gold when Alfie puts it on.

As of March 18th, 2012

Brynas leads series 3 games to 1

Jakob Silfverberg 4GP - 3G - 4A - 7Pts

Carrying his team in the playoffs!!! What a beast

Jakub Silfverberg is going to blow you guys away when he comes over. I remember how impressed I was when he came over for rookie camp and I remember watching a few of his games last year and you could see towards the end of the year the makings of greatness.

Obviously tempered expectations should be held, but if he can carry his game there over here...it could be ridiculous to have him on the top line with Spezza.

Screw the helmet, give him the whole suit, he deserves it.
