Why is Sudbury, of all teams, going?!

You'd think it would be London or somebody... (Hull )

because Hockey Canada chose them. MHL as organiser wanted Memorial Cup champion to play in Omsk but Hockey Canada decided for this team. We have to respect it. Still better than last year

lots of time the Memorial Cup winner have the older players and the next year they are not so good.

So they should take a young team this year that will be better next year.

There was one year that Wolves played in the Ivan Hlinka tournament or something similar, and I think they won it too. Eh...probably picked a random team. Hey who knows maybe the Wolves pull and upset and are the Memorial Cup Champs.
