Columbus, Buffalo, Montreal, and Tampa Bay are the only teams to give me a list of RFA's that won't be qualified.
Again, if each team does not tender their RFA's they will become UFAs.
If each team does not submit a list of players they WILL NOT qualify, they will be stripped of future draft picks as penalty.

Okay a reminder again with buyouts, there is a waiver process.
Right now Horcoff, Gionta, Gomez, and Poti are on waivers. If you want to claim one of these guys you need to pm me. If there is no claim on these 4 by tomorrow at 5pm, they will be bought out.
Conversely any buyouts submitted tomorrow will have to clear waivers by 5pm Friday.
Thus, the actual buyout deadine is tomorrow night at midnight, giving us enough time to clear waivers.
A poster pm'd me stating that Horcoff who has a NMC is ineligible for waivers. While this is true, as commissioner I instituted that amnesty buyout applies to any and every player. In this scenario even a player with a NMC can be placed on waivers for the purposes of buyout.
Asterisk means these teams have submitted their QO's. Teams without asterisks have obviously not. I've also put any waiver activity next to the team as well.

@tsnbobmckenzie
Contract negotiations between a 2007 1st round draft pick and his team have broken down to the point where I'm led to believe the players agent will be actively contacting teams with the cap space and draft picks to place an offersheet on his client once free agency opens.
