Not really sure where this should go so Iíll just ask this here:

I was looking at stubhub and they had upper level tickets listed at $138 a piece for the WCF. If the Coyotes make it to the next round, will the price be cheaper on ticketmaster? I understand the reasons the tickets would sell for that much, but it seems like a pretty significant price increase from one round to the next.

I was really hoping to buy two tickets. My student loan payments kick in sometime this month so I might not even be able to take myself for that price

I don't have my strip tickets with me, but I'm pretty sure they're $ 150 each for lower-level, so upper should be around half of that.

Playoffs can get expensive. I hate the price of beer at Coyotes games. $9 for a souvenir cup, how many ounces are those?

Remember, in 2010 they had the outside setup and Beer was cheaper out there than inside. Now the prices are exactly the same.

Yeah just discovered that, drank one and went inside since it was the same price.

Oh yeah, I think the $ 150 I referred to is for the actual Cup Finals.

That playoff package was worth it. I did not think we would get home ice but this round was 702 for two tickets and would have been 912 through ticketmaster...but I also paid for that possible game 5 on monday so had to do some selling. I am sure full season ticket holders are really digging it! Great to be this far but that credit card is in pain!

I really don't think $ 150 is that bad for a great seat and a chance to watch your team compete for the cup. Hell, I remember when France reached the soccer world cup finals in '98, you had to win a lottery to get a ticket for $ 500 (literally). Resale prices for those were around $ 3K to 5K (I know that for a fact, someone in my family won a couple and made 10 grands). Isn't that the price range for a Super Bowl ticket, too?

I wonder if the team is doing a put a deposit on season ticket now and get playoff tickets at the same time. Maybe?

RIP Junior Seau

If true he killed himself, it just goes to show that even the most talented and most successful people in the world can suffer from depression. In many cases as well, the ones who take their own lives are the ones who you woud never think of doing such a thing.

Surprised this wasn't discussed earlier. It was one of the top headlines over here.

Yes and I was surprised when I heard in what area this was in. Warner and Cooper is normally a very safe spot to be in especially at the man made lakes. This crime reminded me of the family of 5 that was killed off of Ellsworth Rd in East Mesa.

RIP to the victims.

Depending on where the seats were at in the upper level, it sounds a little steep. I've got two lower level seats I sell on StubHub at the Coyotes attack twice end, thirteen rows up and I've yet to ask for anything over $139.00 a piece this round.

One thing to consider regarding StubHub vs. the Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange is that Ticketmaster charges the buyer 15% and the seller 10% (or vise versa), whereas StubHub charges the buyer only... 15%

A couple of questions

1. What are your thoughts about suicide?

2. Do you believe should do more to help those who have retired and have major head injuries while making the game designed to get rid of nasty shots to the head and other parts of the body?

& according to the news that guy allegedly killed them and then offed himself, so stuff like that can happen literally anywhere - & if so, the neighborhood isn't more crime ridden now than it was the day before - in fact one can probably argue the neighborhood is safer now...

A few years now. Was originally into the Capitals since I went to the University of Maryland for two years and some friends took me to a few of their games.

Then I came to Arizona 2 years ago and have been a Coyotes fan ever since.

I've always been into sports, though I've traditionally liked rugby and cricket, being a Kiwi. Still do, but hockey's been a great addition to things I like to watch.

I stand corrected. When doing a mock purchase, I found there is a service fee of 10%..... shame, it's one of the reasons I liked selling on StubHub.
