Speaking of which, how can there be lines consisting of monikers and descriptors for everyone except the most obvious one? I mean, McBain's "cake-eater" tag is at least righteous and undisputed.

At 10:20 of the 3rd period Forslund did his best impression of SuperNintendo Chalmers with his "SKINNER!!!!", shout. Not to mention his voice cracking tonight on that chance by Nodl. He was all over it tonight.
i think the blues scouting report said, "these guys are a bunch of @ussies, hit them hard and often". theyre right. we had little to counter with, though allen made his effort. they obviously knew to go after skinner, who wont be in this league at 22 if he doesnt start picking his head up, and the over acting is getting old. sweet kick to the stick on the goal though, shows why they need to hit him. only a kid this skilled can over dangle the puck that bad, get burned, and still score.
thought the hit cola threw was a tough call for him, he made the right play but didnt realize the puck had skittered so far ahead of skinner. right play with a tough bounce, looked like he was running skinner but he was just stepping up on the dangle.
Wow. My vote for save of the year on that rebound off the post.
that last replay from above was sick, you can see him sense where the puck was and start kicking out - and just catch it with his skate blade. a worthy candidate.

Good team win last night. Even though I say I want them to lose because it's for the best, I still cant root against them. I wonder what a goaltender like Cam would look like in front of the Blues, who make Brian Elliott an all-star.
Great game last night. There's only 4 more home games left in the season, so yes, I'd like to see this effort and 2 points. They can do their losing on the road to keep a good draft position for those who are set on that.
Thought the Skinner/Staal/Ruutu line were all over tonight in a good way. They created some great chances and Skinner was finally awarded. Skinner kept the tantrums in check tonight and I even saw Staal put his jealousy behind him and stick up for a Skinner a few times by stepping in.
Loved the team game in front of Ward. They were all over the rebounds and didn't allow the Blues to get any second chances off those rebounds. Too bad they can't be consistant and play like that in front of him all the time.
Still don't understand how we can beat the 1st place team in the West, sweep the bruins, yet get swept by the Islanders. This team, just never know what you are getting.
15 goals for the "horrible" player. One player has 20. Hmmm.
IE: we have depth... we just don't have high-end guys (aside from Staal who didn't get going until the coaching change and Skinner who missed 1/4th of the season)

I'd be totally happy if the goal and points output stayed directly proportional to the amount of irony and sarcasm heaped on the team in GDT's like this one.
