KHL goaltender masks

I've ebay-bid on some 2012 KHL hockey cards featuring goaltenders and their kickass masks.

The artwork on Nikita Davydov's mask is truly remarkable :

Does the KHL employ specific artists to do that work?

Does the KHL employ specific artists to do that work?

KHL goalies are now paid well and can place an order with every artist of their liking all over the world. I know that a lot of them do exactly that. So the masks may come from Russia, Europe or NA. I have no specific info on who did Davydov's mask though.
