Just wanted to share these with you guys. I'm not part of the Playoff Avatar competition anymore, but I wanted to see my idea to completion. I posted this artwork on the main board for the Pens fans that don't venture around these parts, but wanted to sport something as we get geared up for the stretch drive and a playoff run.
wasn't his quote Grind these b's down? are you changing it on purpose?
He's said it both ways. Don't you remember that "inside the locker room" fly-on-a-wall thing that was aired, where Dan was heard saying "Grind these ****ers down", and Paul Steigerwald apologized for it being aired afterwards?

lol nope I missed that. I just knew the 24/7 one. Then carry on.
Not sure what is up with your GIF settings but there's a lot of dithering and missing/extra pixels in some spots. Did you try to crunch them down to 64 colors or something like that?
The pictures are great though. You should make a wallpaper out of those. I'm sure many people would put it on their Desktops.

Not sure... I'm not seeing missing or extra pixels. I let Photoshop optimize for 20K... no dithering, no transparency dithering. Adaptive palette I believe... averaging between 48 and 64 colours in the palettes.

... weeeeeeeeeird... I see what you're saying now... when I look at them with Safari. They're fine in Firefox. I wonder what gives.

Yep... I am using Safari as well. Haven't tried Chrome / just uninstalled it, but I was using it last week and saw the same thing on different gifs. It might have to do with the rendering intent. Try perceptual and Selective and see if that works on FF / Safari / Chrome. They all use a similar standards-based rendering engine so not sure why they would be different.

I'll mess with the rendering intent settings and see what happens. If I find something that works in Safari, I'll post new links.
