Phantoms win in a shootout

Peter White tied the game with the goalie pulled. OT was scoreless and then came the shootout, Niittymaki vs. Fleury.

Murphy and Voce missed on the Phantoms first two chances.

Pitkanen, Sharp and Umberger scored on the final three chances.

Niitty stopped the final two shots against him, and Phantoms won 3-2.

Why isn't it showing on their site??? More importantly how does that figure into the statistics, does Pitkanen Sharp and Umberger each get credited w/ a goal?

Only 3 or 4 punches were thrown in the bout, but Drew Fata lost his balance and slipped to the ice. A draw, slight edge to Eager.

He also downplayed the fight. I'm not saying what he said happened didn't happen, I'm just saying Tom Grace is a disgrace of an announcer who should be ashamed of the job he does, and I don't take anything he says seriously.

Tom Grace is the WB/S announcer, right? Man, he's terrible; one of the biggest homers I've heard.

correct me if i am wrong here but the player who scores the shootout winning goal is the only player that gets credit for a goal. Also the team that wins the SO also gets credit for another SOG.
