I would like to see Backes get in a few good drives to the net this game. He's been the third man high in the offensive zone quite a bit recently (perhaps by design), and I think it detracts from the ability for the offensive line to create chaos (and ultimately scoring chances) at ES.

I HATE that penalty. That's a terrible call and I'm sick of seeing these called as a hockey fan.

Also apparently Jaden Schwartz has great hockey sense for picking #9 according to Panger lol

Well if that PP is any indication it's going to be another long night.

Good pressure by the 4th line against Stamkos' line there.

Blues 5v5 offensive creativity the past 3 games has been terrible. Very few quality chances. Alarming

Yeesh, Huskins.

A lot more hard work on the boards but not much of the cycle is turning into legit scoring chances or shots.

Langenbrunner forced that play to Schwartz when he had a jump on the defense.

That was a great takeaway in the neutral zone by Berglund.

Agreed, very impressive. Now time for the top lines to step it up a notch.

What's nastier? The green BLUES jersey or horse face to his left.

The Blues are doing a bit better job of creating offense on their own than Tampa, but I have a feeling this game's ultimately going to hinge on the offense that results from the other team's misplays (regarding puck management).

Yikes, how does Stamkos get that wide open that close to the net?

Berglund and Langenbrunner. He's looked very good so far. Good on the forecheck, getting back okay, and positioning well, and reacting quickly on plays. He's made some good, quick, crisp passes as well.
