So basically he just needs to put on about 20 pounds and grow 8 inches

That's pretty funny. An eight-inch difference in height, but only 20 pounds in weight.

In nine career starts against the Kings, Rinne has a 5-4-0 record with a 3.03 GAA and .888 SV%

The weight is easy for Doughty! But he'd have to go through some pain for the height part! There's a Doc that's doing it for cosmetic purposes. Doughty should be able to afford it!

Are the Kings wearing green warm ups again this year? I really want to bid on one of those bad boys.

I watched that movie in my high school "Christian morality" class, to show us how genetic engineering is bad. It had the opposite effect on me.

Does anyone know why Penner is even in the lineup at this point?

Wouldn't Richardson be a better option? At least he skates and tries hard. Any Manchester call up could probably contribute more than Penner.

DS couldn't care less about Quick's stat against Nashville.

Who got the last win against Nashville? Yep, Quick.

DS will start Quick, because he is our starter and he will continue to play him unless DS feels that JQ needs a game off.

It is unnecessary to play him. Bernier more than capable to share the burden as we push for the playoffs. There is no need to run Quick ragged to push for the playoffs.

Who had a really shaky game against Nashville last time and was bailed out by the offense? Quick.

Who recently questioned his own decision to start Quick in back to back games? Sutter.

I say DS will stick with JQ not only because he's the starter, but if JB plays tonight and wins tonight, guess what happens if we were to play NASH in the playoffs?

Fans and media will be second guessing which of JB or JQ will start. Playing JQ tonight will pretty much squash that thought especially if JQ wins tonight.
