That's ridiculous. The Kings need to concentrate on MAKING the playoffs, not be worried about some hypothetical potential playoff matchup and hypothetical controversy.

Seems like everytime we ice the puck it's the awful line doing it.

Nothing like a tired awful line out there in the defensive zone against Nashville's best players.

The clock on my buddies oven flashes 12:00 all damn day, it's right twice a day.

Lewis has some potential as a speedy, 4th line PKer. Stool and Penner simply don't look like NHL players. Sutter plays them together because they literally kill every line they play on.

Can't say penner without passes to the opposition.

FFS Penner... you were a stride behind the red line and you ice the puck?

One more stride Penner and that's not icing. Come on.

I still don't understand why NHL players can't make that one stride to avoid an icing.

Hopefully gags comes back soon. Would like to see him in penner's place, then he can work his way up.

It's the lack of a positive self image.

Penner just doesn't care. I can't think of any other reason for being this bad.

I won't say Stool doesn't care, he seems like a nice enough guy just a god awful hockey player. Penner just seems like he is playing out the stretch.

Agree. I don't want Penner to play another damn game for us. Stoll either. If Manchester misses the playoffs, call up Lokti and let him play the 3rd line cause those two hurt more than they help.

So by keeping Suter & Weber jammed in there own zone is a bad thing? Just giving credit to that line for a solid shift. Unlike some people, I can take off the blinders and see when a player or players do something good.

It's one of the smartest things he's ever done and a large part of why this team is having success right now. Ideally they would not be on our team but this is the next best solution.

Scratching them is not really an option given that the replacement guys are an enforcer and Brad Richardson, or else....I'd really be hoping for that. What else is good is that if DL is around next season (ugh), he respects Sutter's opinion enough that when Sutter tells him I don't want these two overpaid bums on the team I have to coach, DL would oblige.

Doughty goes for an open ice hit and punch and lets everyone beat him to the net.

I liked how Sutter got Stoll's line out against suter/weber. Leaves Kopitar more room against the second pairing.

Too bad brown has no clue what to do with the puck.

Yep. Pair our worst vs their best. Perfect. Not like I expect Penner or Stoll to do anything anyway. And yeah...Brown with the puck = I MUST TOE DRAG. IT IS THE OFFICIAL MOVE OF ALL TOOFLESS PEOPLE.
