Did the shift that lead to the 1st goal not amount too anything? Are people really that critical of a line that they don't recognize a good shift? Wow, this is laughable. That goal was a result of a solid shift by the 3rd line.
I guess Browns 11 game point streak isn't good enough for you? God forbid he makes a bad play.

San Jose up 2-1 over Detroit at the end of the first. C'mon Red Wings...

The Richards line is having to spend an awefull lot of time defending. I wish we had a true defensive line. We kind of shoot ourselves in the foot putting our most skilled line out to shut down.

One good shift. Okay. I'll give them that. The problem is that 3rd line has been dreadful and so damn inconsistent. They go from having great, great shifts to looking like a bunch of AHLers in their first game with no clue what to do. And as for Brown, I've always been a critic but he's been AMAZING as of late. Read below.

No but he used to always. I guess I'm just programmed to expect him to

Also, him stopping doing that is probably why he's scoring.

Working fine for me up north. It might be because of your weather wherever you are. Our rain has let up for the night.

That Erat shot goes in vs Quick imo....Greene really blew the coverage there as well.

Just like to point out what an underrated save that was by Bernie. Not only was it Weber winding it up, but Bernie got it in the corner. That's EXACTLY what goalies need to do when they're not covering up a puck.

God, the damn Richards line is spending 90% of their shifts on defense. Stop handcuffing us by using them as a shutdown.

Wait. What? Kopi gets hooked and no penalty, and then the Preds get a nudge and they get a p.p.?

Edit: Okay that was a slash, not a cross check.

Agreed. He's paid his dues for years now. Time to give him at least a cup of coffee at some point to see if all this time and effort in developing is going to have been worth it or not.

It sure looked like Kopitar got tripped on that play. King end up getting a penalty at the other end though.
