Skrillex Bangarang was 14th......Justice's "T" was 24th, that album is incredible.

That list fails on SO many accounts:

1. It features compilation and "best of" albums.
2. NO RICHIE HAWTIN?!?! Plastikman - Musik should easily be on there.
3. Why in the world do they chose 4x4=12 over Random Album Title or For Lack of a Better Name?
4. NO JEFF MILLS?!
5. Madonna........ ugh....
6. If they include Kraftwerk and Moby then New Order should be included as well.

Hey Finnpin and others who like techno, have you heard the new Drumcode compilation?

http://soundcloud.com/drumcode/sets/...tists-a-sides/

One of the most awesome things I've heard this year.

Yeah, at least they got that right. This is to be expected from Rolling Stone though, they do suck

I've been watching Gareth Emery's live set that he's doing tonight at Governors Beach..

It might be the weirdest set I've ever seen anyone play..

Gone from House to trance, to skrillex to progessive house to electro..

It's been all over the place

and overall, I'd say it's been ok at best.. He's pretty bad at reading the crowd.. Goes from a Knife Party song into a super mellow trance song and then back up to an upbeat song

Once you've seen him perform once, seeing it again does nothing for me.

Yeah, he's sort of like Steve Aoki.. They both play almost entirely their own songs. That's good for a tiny bit of time.. But then you're gonna have people not going to the show because they know what to expect..

I love ******, but I agree. Even the dnb sub is full of people posting "old school" dnb and everything else is terrible.

Anywho, if anyone loves disco house / nu disco or whatever the hell you want to call it - I'm in love with this song.

this was my first thought...random album title is one of my favorite albums of all time...it's so much better than for lack of a better name let alone 4x4=12.

Trap (or trap house/electro trap/whatever) has blown up the past couple months here. It's definitely interesting. I think it's got more potential than moombahton did.
