Looch was not a first liner at the time.

Secondly, I can bring up a number of fights Looch had where they were not up by 4.

I have no problem with Looch, I like his game and style, but you guys think he ***** rainbows.

How true, I don't think they scrapped too much last year, but Orr took Carkner 4 out of 5 I believe. Last year Carkner was on fire, he was taking on all heavyweights and winning.

You realize you are talking about the Bruins top line 30 goal scoring LW?

DId BGL really want to fight Lucic? Isn't that why BGL lost his job? As a fighter you find a way to get players to fight you. BGL played Lucic 12 times that season...hard to believe Lucic avoided BGL all those games.

Carkner has knocked out Orr before.

Honestly, I don't see what Orr has to do with anything with this fight other than the fact some Leaf fans are ******** over the ass kicking.

When Lucic was young he had a very good fight with Chris Neil, call it a draw, last year he pulverized him, same with Prust, there is a reason why Lucic was voted by his fellow players as the toughest player in the NHL. He may have lost a few fights in his younger days, but right now he is tough as they come and I suspect Colton Orr would get his ass handed to him by Lucic if they go again.
I agree. Orr broke Lucic's nose in that one fight, that's why he was holding on a bit. Lucic is a much better fighter today than he was two years ago.

Yeah, he caught him once. Bound to happen but Orr caught Carkner repeatedly and probably in more severe fashion.

I don't understand this debate between all these fanbases. Orr is great but in the AHL. BGL is great but gone. Lucic is good and a great hockey player. Carkner is good and serviceable defender.

It shouldn't matter if Orr can beat Lucic in the past or now. Lucic pounded Komisarek and that's really all that should be discussed now.

Komisarek gets pounded, no surprise. Lucic ended his career, well him and Burke.

Actually Carkner never missed a shift from any of Orr's knockouts/knockdowns of him, while Orr's eye was completely messed after being knocked out by Carkner, causing him to miss the game and play the next month with a visor, which is why he didn't get into a fight for over a month after that date if you look at his fight card.

Try again.

You listen to Edwards too much. Thonrton never ever tuned Laraque, he was lucky to get out alive with a draw at the most.

Lol at least you tried. Orr who isn't even good enough to be a healthy scratch did break Lucic's nose, sure, but they only fought once and to bring him up at all in this thread is embarrassing.

Please go on, the more you talk the more it's obvious you're ignorant. Look at Lucic's fight card and then come back.

Actually .... watching deryk engelland ko Orr with, what was it? one punch? That was really super fun.

what if he broke his hand though? for me i dont want players fighting at all with a 3 goal lead.

Lucic really made this one sided with those uppercuts, credit to komisarek for taking it and stepping up. as soon as it happened i expected atleast a tko

Lucic might be the toughest fighter in the game, period. Scary to think he's a 30 goal scorer, too.

My favorite part was Brickley saying "I don't think Komisarek wanted to get past the linesman" because it was true. I love how much Lucic and Komisarek hate each other. Komisarek is always the one to start w/ Lucic too. Hilarious.

Before the playoffs last year Lucic and Rosehill had a great fight, but Lucic broke his nose and it really screwed him up for the whole Cup run. I don't like him fighting too much, but it is so fun to watch him fight.

I had the leaf feed tonight and their broadcasters said the same thing.
