Anyone think that we'll be seeing him next season? I doubt they would risk calling him up in the last 10 games of the season, but hopefully next season we might see him.

Im sure he will get a look in training camp.

Having seen plenty of Acolatse as a Thunderbird, I love the kid. He's got so much heart. Good luck to him!

Which reminds me that I need to start going to Silvertips games again. Been too long.

I noticed that he is only 5-11 but has a lot of PIM's. Is he pretty physical, hard-hitting? Do you think his game can scale to the NHL level?

More likely that not, he is AHL fodder.

He was very physical and hard hitting for the Tbirds. Also a very willing combatant, lots of fighting majors. I remember one game I went to that he got two fighting majors and a double-minor roughing (which should have been a third fighting major but the refs let him off the hook for some reason). He was also very strong and tough for his size. Kinda PJ Stock-like.

Love his effort and toughness and heart... I've never thought of him having an NHL skill package though. Could be a 4th line energy winger or bottom pairing defenseman, maybe. He could prove me wrong, though, and I hope he does. He was a big fan favorite in Seattle (including this fan).
