Dineens strategy and plans on road games have been outstanding. He seems to turn on a defensive trap just at the right times against the right teams, making us the antithisis of the Pegs.
That said, I hope we bore the crap out of the divers and steal 2 more.
I understand it isn't on TV, but can anyone explain why? I'm just curious why it isn't being broadcast anywhere.
NBCSports has a contract that blocks out other games around the same time frame. It's a bit confusing but they try to monopolize the time slot, kind of silly considering the fact that it blocks anyone who's paying to view it with Center Ice/Gamecenter.
It's foolish/archaic way to get you to watch another game which you likely don't care as much about.
I'm not 100% sure if this only stops Carolina from showing it and Florida just chose not to or whatever. I mean I had to watch the Flyers broadcast last night to see the game on Center Ice but I didn't care, I still got to watch it.
A game not being on today is pretty sad. Canes fans are claiming this is showing up on DirecTV listings (in-house arena feed), but Center Ice doesn't list it online. I guess we'll see. I'll be going out tonight anyway so no big deal to me.

That sucks... I'm on Center Ice, always try and DVR the game before I leave for work. If some last minute way to watch the game turns up I won't be able to take advantage of it. Guess I'll try and find a radio stream and listen from my desk.

Actually, it should help if you are out of market. Doesn't matter where on the exclusivity with OLN, er... VS, er... NBC (whatever they're calling themselves now).
CI subscribers are supposed to get the JT feed (if that happens) which leaves only the home and away markets out in the cold.
Just got word from #nhlCanes: As of 5 pm Fox Sports has NOT lifted center ice blackout of #FlaPanthers game in SoFla ... NOT on TV
I believe that does not affect anyone who is outside of the markets with CI/GC. Those within it, oy. It's sad that I can actually see more Panther games being just out of the market in Orlando than if I were in South Florida.

hey guys, avs fan coming in peace. How has wolski played for you? gl on tonights game.
Wolski has been great, some needed offense and has scored key goals that saved some of our games/points and finally got a shootout goal against Buffalo on Saturday in his 3rd attempt with us.
He's filled in nicely for Versteeg on the top line while he was out and he's gonna be a key piece for us heading into the playoffs.
