News Article: Gordie Howe coming to Montreal for signing?

It may interest you to know that Gordie Howe DID play several games at defense. It occurred many years ago (of course), when Ned Harkness was coach of the Red Wings. Look it up. here's another bit of trivia for you: He used a flat-bladed stick and although he was a right wing with a right-handed shot he occasionally switched hands and shot left to get a better angle.
