Well Khabi played like it was 2004. Luckily Roli played like it was 2006.

2 very improbable things happened tonight.
Dwayne Roloson played well, and Steven Stamkos scored a goal in the shootout.
Mind = blown.

Officiating tonight's game Edmonton Oilers vs. Tampa Bay Lightning were #27 Eric Furlatt and #19 Gord Dwyer. Assisting them tonight at the blue line were #66 Darren Gibbs and #95 Jonny Murray.

Anyone think Roli has earned the next start?

Yes. What I'm thinking is Roli is the #1 with Garon and Tokarski out of the picture for the remainder of the season. The only way I see Caron playing is to either give Roli a night off to rest or if Roli completely stinks up the next game.

I saw it too. I mean, it was WIDE OPEN! Probably 100% chance of it going in, and he never even looked. He passed it away, then it came back to him and he shot. Wasn't sure if anyone else saw that

It's not just that he doesn't hit. He can't hit if you've ever seen him give it a shot. Something so basic and essential (especially for defensemen) and yet apparently missing from his repertoire.
Maybe he should work with Ohlund on that.

I've been reading that Ohlund is like an extra coach, so I don't see why not.
The only thing more dangerous than a guy who knows how to hit, is a guy who doesn't know how to hit.

Boucher: I liked the goals that we scored-2 blue paint goals. It's only fitting that Pyatt got that; he's Mr. Blue Paint, he's always there
